Today went by quite fast, but I remained focus on my goals.

I took on a 45 minute run, and it was glorious, cleaned the bathroom, did some food shopping and laid the foundations to begin my pair down and cleaning work here.

What I've started is going to be a process that will continue long after this next trip but I've got my focus, and I know what the next steps are on my path. I've learned that's enough.
