In May 2012, 22 special operators from Russia's 45th Guards Spetsnaz Brigade received training from the US 10th Special Forces Group in Fort Carson, Colorado.
I’m all for Putin’s demise but what will Russia’s influence look like under a military dictatorship? Will they get out of Ukraine? Will they stop the GRU from interfering in our elections?
I had just read that Russia’s economy is so fueled by the war they can’t win or lose in Ukraine without the bottom falling out.
I guess chaos in Russia for a while would be good for everyone, though, so there’s that.

@smittycanada1 And Spetnaz would do a clean sweep. We might not even know they decapitated Putin's regime until several month or years later.
@TheNewsOwl Osechkin's source in this brigade of special operators, located just 1 hour from the MoD headquarters and the Kremlin: if there's an attempt to replace the top MoD generals like Shoigu, the unit is prepared for a coup and they are certain to be much more effective than Wagner PMC
