Apparently Trump just announced he is unilaterally ending birthright citizenship.

I would have ridiculed it as preposterous a few years ago.

Now? Well, watch the Federalist Society start holding seminars on why he’s right, and I am not confident this Supreme Court will disagree.
Sorry to clarify apparently he said it last week. But he was clear that it was going to be an executive order.
