@Meri I find it interesting that Kagan issued a hold for an AZ republican fighting a J6 Committee subpoena for her phone records. That, and the fact that Thomas referred Graham’s case to the full court instead of deciding for Graham outright, makes me think the court has made some sort of agreement to refer all political cases like this to the full court. It can make the court look less partisan ultimately at a time when they’re all freaked out about its credibility.

@Meri Agree 100%, but I think Roberts is delusional (desperate?) enough to believe he can somehow restore it. This is a guy with his head buried so deep in the sand, he basically said in a ruling that having a Black president meant racism was over and posited that ending Citizens United wouldn’t usher in foreign donations because there are laws against that.
