"Somebody help!"
The voice of a 4-year-old (not mine) outside my open window @ 3:20 this morning.
She went outside to look for her mom.
The police found her mom sleeping in bed which the child did not check before going out.
Case solved.
@Mathias Kids! Reminds me of when I had to do some ladder work and I told my 3 year old that if I fell, he might need to call 911 to get help (landline.) I didn’t fall but when the phone rang later, I learned that he had gone ahead and called them even though I didn’t fall. He missed the “if” part. I reassured them that everything was fine.
