Whoever thought of putting holes in the English muffin to hold the jelly deserves some sort of statue or medal.
Who do I call to get that process started?
@Mathias the openings are due to yeast, no? You might find the beer aficionados have common cause to celebrate or honor yeast. Not sure what the statue would look like.
