I can't lie, I love smiling 😀 but sometimes its hard! The mass shootings, war, bigotry, hate, & other horrific things I may have missed, can really get to you.

The key is to not worry about what you can't control. You can't control bigots, but you can choose to ignore them, you can't control mass shootings, but you can vote against guns, & you can't stop hate, but you can choose to be good & not sink to their level.

It's about our own choices & the things we can control.
