Welp, tomorrow marks the second step of my coming out as #trans at work! The owner, vp, and key manager's already know about me (all very supportive). Starting tomorrow and spanning the next few weeks my V.P. is beginning to have meetings with the staff to let them know about me.

We've had this plan for a while now and now it's actually happening 😳 My target date to present fem at work is March 1st and while I still won't be out 100% in all areas of my life it's another step forward 😊
