Trying to smile even though yesterday really hit me hard. It would have been my 11 year wedding anniversary with my soon to be ex wife and was the first since we split up. Luckily between my kids, figuring out life, and video games my mind is mostly occupied. I'm sure it will get better, just wish it would come sooner.
@MarvelousMadi13 That's a tough experience, certainly... but as @Graci said, as you settle in yourself and a new normal, it'll get better.
Those little glimmers of trans joy and gender euphoria will help, too
