Not sure what you mean by image creator but, Adobe Photoshop Express for Android, and probably iOS, is a free download

Google what you want. I am sure there are lots of them. Free without watermarks? That might be more difficult to find. Unless you were running Linux OS. There are lots of totally free Apps and Programs that are 100% free.
@MallyDaKatt okay, so I have to found which one goggle uses at its Ai generated images. I have goggled it but I keep getting credit or tokens sites. Water marks are fine. I know how to get rid of them
