I just cannot seem to get slapping. Les Claypool is one of the best Bassist.

@MallyDaKatt Went to school for jazz and played around 12 hrs/day for 4 years. You get pretty good with a 5-string hanging off your shoulder for that amount of time. Life went in a different direction and my chops are long gone… 👎🏼

I do not play that much anymore.
Started getting pain in right hand and fingers in my early 40's. After a couple years of steadily getting worse, went to doctor. Osteoarthritis. Crap. On the positive, it could have been worse. Could have been rheumatoid arthritis. Yeah, could have been a whole lot worse.
