It can also be enhanced to show whoever law enforcement wants it to be. Not saying it happens but.This image I took of myself on my boat is digitally changed and enhanced using Adobe Photoshop Pro. It is a FAKE me. Not hard to do. Layering, changes in lighting& softening to make image out of focus
