We all know about outlaw biker gangs, but what about outlaw bicycle gangs? There's a scene in "Black Rain" where bikers try to intimidate a cop by going around in circles & revving their engines. Now imagine the motorcycles being replaced by bicycles. Of course there wouldn't be any revving; it would just be the cyclists ringing their bells & tooting their horns.There could be gangs that ride around in penny-farthings, or recumbent bikes.They could even have baskets or cards in the spokes.
