When one receives a phone call from the oncologist at 6:40 pm on a Friday, one knows it’s important to take that call.
What we had hoped going forward was that immunotherapy after the Mister’s chemo & surgery would not be necessary. The potential was there based on the path report. But lung cancer is notorious for recurring even after treatment.
So Keytruda infusions begin in a couple weeks. It comes w/its own problems. But, best prevention is the word for the day.
