DD is always buying different types of "noodles", to boost her veggie intake, and I'm here for it. She found a winner this time. Yum! 😋

We just switched from flour pasta to chick pea pasta - a little more $$ yeah - but very close in texture to regular pasta and really picks up the flavors of whatever sauce/seasoning we add.

@MPCavalier We have *all* the alternative pastas! When DD finds her cooking mojo again (long story) I'm sure they will be in the food rotation. I've found it true, like you say, that the chickpea kind absorbs flavor from the sauce. So I don't like it for everything, but that's just me. I'm pretty fond of spinach noodles for a pesto dish. :)
