Whenever i hit a rut in the kitchen I go back to basics. Had a few fails this week so I went ultra simple. Combined my moms chicken cutlet recipe with my paternal grandmothers frying process. Stuck them in the fridge. Judging from the fact most of them are gone I think I did ok.

I did a couple pan seared turkey tenderloins and then put them in the oven with the roasting potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions and garlic to finish to 165ºF.

It all came out pretty good.
