@pr10n According to the receipt, this was ordered the same day you posted about "Whip Poor Will". Apparently my son ordered it for our family vinyl collection! That's too much coincidence for me! It's the 10th anniversary re-issue with an LP of demos. Now I'm thinking I need a turntable in my office too.
@MPCavalier I got that record when it first came out a couple of years ago. I love it. Good on your son for feeling the zeitgeist!
Having a turntable and CD player in my office helps a lot when I'm sick of the stream and need to interact physically with the music.

I eliminated the physical media completely. We have a nice turntable set up in the living room. But down here I'm 100% digital. I think I got so enamored with "the stuff" (at one point we had 2500 cds) it was becoming more of a thing to look at and it was taking me an hour to decide what to listen to! I retained our special editions and boxed sets though.

Thats so funny we just today ordered a bluetooth receiver for our a/v system.
@MPCavalier Streaming is a remarkable thing. If I could be arsed to bluetooth it to my stereo the sound would be a lot better, but my little Bose speakerphone dealie is good for everyday.
