🎧 Michael Nesmith & The First National Band, "Nevada Fighter". On EP13 of the "Let's Play Ten" podcast I briefly mentioned that Nez' 1NB records are country music so therefore I don't dismiss all of the genre out of hand. Indeed, this is a great batch of songs, with the legendary Red Rhodes on pedal steel, and Nez moving deeper into "cosmic American music", recorded just as the band was running out of steam (the second side is all covers).
