🎧 Levon Helm, "American Son". Levon was one of my personal heroes. It is a great regret of my life that I never made the pilgrimage to one of his midnight rambles. He was the spiritual and musical soul of The Band, bringing with him the music of the American south, in all it's uneasiness and joy. Miss you, man. #CoSoMusic #MPNP

A long time favorite movie! That's one of those where if its on, doesn't matter what point it's at, I am watching it.
@MPCavalier Levon Helm is the first voice one hears as the narrator in the 1983 film, The Right Stuff - a movie that still holds up. The Band was one of the greatest bands of all time. Their music still holds up.
Levon will never be forgotten.
