@MLClark I wanted to stay in bed and not do my allocated shift today, I managed to put the bins out for collection, get to work in time and reassure a recent addition to the workplace that her perspective on some workplace characters is accurate and they are challenging to work with.
Eleanor! You affirmed another human still trying to find her place in a bigger system! I'm thankful you were present in the world today (and that you got a yummy reward in the process - or so a little birdie told us!).
@MLClark Thank you for your missional mindset of affirmation and actions. You broaden my horizons of what could be possible
As you do mine, Eleanor. We need each other to complement and fortify us in our strengths, and to coax healing and growth from our weaknesses, too. 💛
