Honestly, this is still easier than the other piece I was going to do today, before I was tagged by my editor.
But I also have ingredients for a galette to make tonight, so that'll be fun.
The cost of the almond flour and butter alone were what I usually spend on three days' worth of food, so I had to remind myself not to panic. 🙃 But baking for a friend (& her parents! they're joining us to try it) will help me break from the frugal panic I've receded into these past months.
