Okay, so movement is still a big energy-cost. Currently fatigued from even a few blocks of walking. Noted. Will hold off for another day or two on running etc. again.

But - all the more reason just to focus on the book today.

@MLClark I've had bugs that have reasserted themselves after a day or two. My non-expert suggestion is to take it easy and not give the bug an excuse to reassert itself. 😘

@MLClark I have bad news for you.

That fatigue / breathlessness you're getting with exercise? It's probably the result of lung and vascular damage caused by COVID. That lung/vascular damage is not likely to resolve itself in just a couple days - in fact, a significant part of it may actually be permanent.

I don't recommend going back to running for at least a few weeks - in Long COVID circles, it's believed that high-intensity exercise shortly after COVID can actually make things much worse.
