I still remember the sounds and the very special "give" of the keyboard. :) It was a high quality build.
My family's TRS-80 worked for three decades - and I loved reading through the two nerdy TRS magazines that were put out to help programmers back then.
What a generous, exciting time for folks building communities of shared knowledge. The rise of aggressive proprietary systems kinda took the wind out of most sails - but the heart was willing, back in the day!
