Sometimes people make very poor decisions, eh?

This morning, one of our street vendors - a younger man who lives with the consequences of a severe stroke - did something very foolish. He tried to steal a customer's phone.

I was out with a neighbour, helping her with an errand, but we stopped to provide a calming presence between two angry fellows before police showed up.

What a shame, though.
The vendor wasn't arrested, but he's blown all good will.

Humans do really stupid things sometimes.
