Heading out for a wee walk. Persistent low grade headache has been making computer work a challenge the past few days.
Not sure where it's coming from. I hydrate! I eat healthily! I work out! I rest with a decent sleep hygiene routine!
Whatever the source - silly body, changing the user manual on me without so much as asking if I accept the new Terms of Service. 🙃

Could be the weather. Mine are tied to pressure changes. Whatever it is, hope it clears up!
Might be climate! We don't have the same extremes in "the city of eternal spring", but the heat has been more humid and persistent here than usual, with very quick-moving pressure systems from passing rain. That variable might be behind this for sure.
Either way, I hope it passes or I acclimate soon!
