@CanisPundit It's really not about purity and more about human rights and ending the horrible abuses of the prison industry, which includes our nation's ongoing treatment of its southern border. If you're comfortable keeping (predominantly African-American) folks in prison for no reason other than profit, that's your choice to make.

@LaurasBerkshire I have read about Project 2025, long before it became a pro-Harris talking point. It's a huge part of the reason why I will likely never vote for a GOP politician on any level for the rest of my life.

@MHS_Jenkins Yes, I am aware of that. I know that the current administration was delivered a shit show on inauguration day with no transition assistance from Trump team. They put out fires everywhere as well as stabilized our economy. I know there are still migrant issues but R's keep blocking reform. Lets hope for a better outcome this cycle. Because it sounds like you're playing word games to avoid dealing with real human rights issues.
