@DMArt55555 @M00dyBlue was more of a Bauhaus, Love and Rockets, Tones on Tail sort myself. :) Saw Peter Murphy do a surprise acoustic set at a Convergence conference back in the day.
The Cure's another old time fave. The other three, I enjoyed the music but I didn't get into them viscerally lyric-wise. (Part of it's because I'm Deaf, so I have to follow along to the sounds with lyric sheets. Some bands easier to understand than others.)
@silent_dystopia @DMArt55555 Oh wow, that's amazing, you truly feel music more than we the hearing think we do. The Cure...Robert Smith writes incredible lyrics, but the actual music is so unique. From Love Cats and Let's Go To Bed I was struck by their music. I love it dearly. Like Bauhaus, The Cure are in a class by themselves.
