is there a way to add additional columns to the home page, for like, specific hashtags?

I figured out how to create a list and pin it as a column. But as I understand lists, you can only add people who you follow not #hashtags. I hope it is possible to follow hashtags and we just haven't figured it out yet.
@One4uTwo4me @NLAWScametovisit check out my pinned posts on accessing columns from a mobile device. Then yes, you can create columns for hashtag topics. That exactly what columns are for 😉
@M00dyBlue @NLAWScametovisit Thanks. I figured out how to do it on my desktop. Couldn't figure out how to do it on my phone though. Anyway, got my Hastag News column pinned and adding additional tags to filter in/out other hashtags. Easy Peasy. Love it! Thanks again.
@One4uTwo4me @NLAWScametovisit you are very welcome! I don't have a PC so I had figure out how to do it on my phone. People kept talking about columns and I'm over like 😮 then I realized I could use my browser and boom there they were lol
