I have been giving the Dems the benifit of the doubt on some things for awhile. Now they are just looking more and more complicit
@AllisonKaye all of them politicians are complicit in one way shape or form. The real question is, who’s the lesser of evils?
@Lynn973 are they the same evil? They had 50 years to protect womens rights with the ERA Roe and voting rights and climate. I get the Republicans have lost their damn minds but Dems have been sitting on the pot hemming and hawing of course people think they are useless
@AllisonKaye what we need is new blood in the Democratic Party they to are holding on to long lost values they haven’t evolved fast enough to keep up with these trying times, they definitely need a push towards progression.

Retirement age for Congress and Judges. I mean is there anyone out there who thinks their Grandparents or great grand parents should be in charge of running the government? It’s a rigourous job. They can retire and move to professorships doing pro bono work or the speach circuit if they feel they still have more to give. We would all be better off
