@Lulz4l1f3 yeah, but Tom ate all the leftover real mashed potatoes so kiddo & i needed something for our dinner that was fast. i use instant potatoes in bread (obviously not often since they expired in 2009...)
Kinda hard to find decent lamb in the states lately.

American "lamb" is iffy because there's no regulation on age. your "lamb" could be an 8 or 9 year old cull. mutton tastes very different than lamb. it's too bad there's no incentive to raise lamb in the US & it's pretty difficult to find small USDA butchers, so small farmers can't compete with imports
