People blamed 2023 inflation on Democrats because they held the White House.
You can't fix "Don't know how things work".
I have no doubt inflation was on many voters' minds, but you aren't going to reason somebody out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.
That sucks, and Republincs preyed on their ignorance. It is what it is.
