Ty Hill, wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, was pulled over for a traffic violation on his way to the game, asked to step of the the vehicle then get down on the ground face down, then the officer who pulled him over stuck his knee in Ty's back, and placed him in handcuffs.

The officer was shouting the whole time, apparently trying to escalate things.
