This week, a GOP House member was yelling that they found a "confidential" level document with Biden - while Trump knowingly took SCI & Q-level documents which should never be out of a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility).

Did Biden ever make any attempt to keep documents once it was known they were in his possession?
Did Biden knowingly obstruct the return of said documents by some sort of demented shell game involving bathrooms, pool rooms, and a plane to Bedminster?
