Doctor's appointment today: She wrote me a prescription for Wegovy (Semaglutide) because I'm a fat boy and need to lose weight for the eventually lumbar spine surgery I'm gonna have to have.

My doctor wrote the following script on her pad:
Walk 20-30 min/day (each day)
Started walking and got off refined sugar & carbs as well. Lost 30 lbs. After yrs on BP meds off now.
More than one way to get healthier.
