I feel like we may not all have the same information, or that we very commonly ignore it to align with our desires/friend groups/info silos, because surely we're smarter than this. Right?
@LowEndMuse Some people have a very strong drive to fit in with their mates or who they percieve to be the cool kids,Tommy.They never question them,just go along with all they say and do because they're malleable and weak.
@LowEndMuse You are definitely on to it, here. What counts to each of us as a "Trusted source" is key. I think that a lot of folks , with very diverse views, take what's given from those sources at face value and don't have the time or the inclination to poke around for differing views.
Objectivity seems to be a lost trait.
