@LowEndMuse I need to fix a shower valve, again—enjoying procrastination as I use valve at water heater.
Me: 6'5" 360 lbs. Under my house. Sucks. 😂
@LowEndMuse Well that sucks in a couple of ways! I hope the patch works out.🤞 @chaddus2_0
VERY unlikely. They've had to repair some after lawsuits if that gives you an idea. They used a subcontractor for the sidewalks and when I complained about the backhoe, the city told me to contact the contractor. The contractor in turn told me to call the city.
I don't have money to file a lawsuit and I'm sure they're aware of this fact. Just based on my neighborhood.
@LowEndMuse Even worse that the repair cost probably wouldn't be out of pocket for the contractor, assuming that they're licensed, bonded, and insured.

@LowEndMuse Typical run-around BS. It'd be nice if there was a group of similarly screwed-over folks that could approach the mayor's office or city council to make some noise about it.
@chaddus2_0
They spoke up in a city council meeting a while back and were promised a fix. None ever came.
You really almost have to sue them to get their attention.
What can you expect from a state that elected Sarah Huckabee Sanders as governor?
@LowEndMuse Yeah, ya got me there!
@chaddus2_0
@LowEndMuse Wow. That's pretty special.
@LowEndMuse Sounds like you're on the right track. Total BS that the sidewalk crew trashed it, though. I guess it's unlikely that the city would clean up their own mess?
