@waywardflf They come round every few months in their vans.
The place we work at now and actually live in the attic flat used to have a tv but the entire place was empty for about 30 years until we moved in!
We'd get them at our previous places too! They just REFUSE to believe that some people don't have a tv and don't want one!
They have no legal right here in the UK to just break in so we laugh, ignore the letters and burn them in our fireplace .... unanswered! HA!

LOL. I’d find a junked tv console, put plants in and on it, and arrange garden gnomes around it, with a sign “Shhhh! The gnomes are watching their favorite programme.” Then I’d forward the notice and the picture to the local newspaper.
Dollars to doughnuts you’d end up with some TV news crew doing a piece on it…
