Chicago has a whole-ass Chinatown for fuck's sake, and when I was a cashier up by Elgin, I had so many spanish-speaking customers that it started to activate what I learned in high school.
Hell, even Peoria has a bunch of immigrants, and we're flyover country. People out in the country think the rural areas don't have immigrants but they definitely do.

And if you remember, Hitler had a two fold approach: (A) To promote genetic purity and reduce the drain on the German economy. (B). To experiment with boundaries and see what the people were willing to morally tolerate and to use us to experiment with killing methods to see which were most efficient when he turned to killing the Jews.
