My point is it sounds like Gayle needs professional home care until they send her somewhere. I asked her daughter about her mom's insurance and what it covers. She just looked at me said she doesn't know any of her mom's business. If I had a 94 year old mother I would be up on all of her business to make sure everything was in order. Her daughter is 16 years older than me. I really care about Gayle and I hope things get taken care of soon. Not being a family member ties my hands. :(
