I just want to say that putting caviar on Pringle's is a terrible, terrible idea.
All you're going to taste is fishy salt.

@mcfate Well, to be fair, caviar and mashed potatoes go great together. How do I know? I ate a lot of them at a mashed potato station at a memorable wedding reception. I seemed to be the only one brave enough to try the combo, but I thought it REALLY worked. It was delicious, and I went back for more. I also enjoyed myself at the chocolate fountains (no caviar there, but some equally interesting combos).
When you get down to it, blini are pretty much silver dollar pancakes.

If I'm going to go to the trouble of getting hold of caviar, I'm going to get sour cream and make blini. Why fool around?
