On to a 1st world problem I’m not sure how to solve: even though wedding is still 14 months away, I’ve started looking for someone to make my wedding cake bc G-town is a vegan desert as is the county where I’m getting married (Mathews). There is no one local & vegan bakeries that are in Norfolk or Richmond are all saying they won’t deliver this far (um wedding cakes are SPENDY I think that should matter in terms of delivery). 1 told me to come pick up cake myself day of. What to do? Suggestions?
@Evvie Where is your wedding? My bakery makes vegan pies, and we make these adorable little 4” pies for weddings and other events. The picture is of a vegan pie. I use coconut oil.
