it has personal information on individuals current and former LE. phone numbers, DOB, Banking, full emails and internal memos. I'm asking all of #COSO to please NOT disseminate this information

This is an excellent way to sow even more discord and violence and distrust between populations in the US. By doxxing huge numbers of cops (both former and current) it puts a target on all of their backs.
And they know it.
So they will be even twitchier than before, and we all know how twitchy they were even before the protests.
And less scrupulous left extremists and right extremists will descend on them.
