So, I figured I would answer this question before it is asked.

Well, because there is something else in life that is just as important, and needed in this world.

The ability to step back, take a breath, enjoy something, smile, and remind one's self:

HEY SELF! YA CAN'T BE SO SERIOUS 24/7 AND NOT HAVE IT AFFECT YOU!
