OK, I have a shit ton of stuff I want to get accomplished this weekend, so I will get my Covid shot in a couple of weeks.
@LiberalLibrarian I've had zero reaction to this morning's COVID (Pfizer) and flu shots so far. Got the house ready for the cleaners, went to the AAA, did a couple of loads of washing, mowed the lawns, had a restorative nap, now working on finalizing documentation for my trip. I'll go to bed early, take an Ibuprofen and attempt a parkrun tomorrow morning.
@peterquirk I wish I could be confident that I wouldn't have a reaction, but the past four years have taught me otherwise.
@LiberalLibrarian A number of my women friends have had very strong reactions to the Moderna vaccine. I've only ever had the Pfizer, with barely more than a sore arm as a reaction.

@LiberalLibrarian That's excellent. After 13 hours my muscle aches have arrived. I took an Ibuprofen and will get 8 hours sleep before I head to Danehy Park for my Saturday run. I'll be happy if I get around the course tomorrow without resting
