Well, because of @Ironworker229, I decided to get a Ninja air-fryer/oven. That will replace my old air fryer, my toaster, and my convection oven. It will clear out a ton of counter space.
@LiberalLibrarian @Ironworker229 I have one of those (not Ninja) and I love it so hard! Quite helpful in the summer when you need the oven but don’t need the heat.
@Avalea Yeah, we have friends that have resisted getting one because they're not into "gadgets" (as I did until a month ago), but I've found it to be pretty versatile. Like you, I appreciate not having to crank up the big oven, heating the whole kitchen- cook times are a bit shorter, too!

@LiberalLibrarian We were looking at those, too. I was leaning in that direction to be able to get rid of the toaster oven as well as adding more capacity to avoid using the main convection oven...Wife preferred the drawer type, so we got the Insta dual basket. So far, so good but I still would have liked to lose of the toaster oven!
