Sometimes it just... boggles the mind how many different approaches to violence are underway simultaneously.
We do not lack for examples of how to pursue better.
It's the collective will, in our deeply wounded world, that's hard to sustain.

One of my street vendor friends lost his father to that violence.
Does the video mention the BLISTERINGLY STUPID CUSTOM of having citizens vote with different ink colours on their fingers? So that any fuckwad on the street thereafter, seeing the wrong colour on your thumb, could then kill you and leave your kid without a dad?
🙃 Maybe it doesn't, but my blood boils every time I think of that easily avoidable electoral nightmare. Enjoy!
