@opie I thought it was rather precipitous. Even Abramovich wouldn't have sacked him so quickly. But Chelsea does have that culture of just jettisoning the manager at the first dip in form. Thankfully they stuck with Potter long enough so that the damage Lampard is doing isn't irreversible.
