This is why I tend to tune out the hair-on-fire types who sell despair and "all is lost" narratives when we suffer a setback.

@LiberalLibrarian I'm with you there - things seem to move in waves. I still enjoy twitter, but I have no interaction there at all. I've been on the platform for years and have one follower. I don't tweet because no one hears it. It's not what I think of as a "social" network.

@Shesamodiste If people want to be in a constant state of anger and agitation, well, have at it. I just can't do it anymore.

@LiberalLibrarian I go after those Russian and Chinese fakes. They think it works to bring people down into weak puddles of mess who will just give up and cry. I call them out and block them.
