When witnessing the tragic and horrifying events unfolding in #Israel and #Gaza, I think it's important to remember that terrorists are not born terrorists, they are created. If we want to prevent the continued cycle of mass violence, you have to treat the disease, not the symptom.

To be clear, if I could snap my fingers and erase Hamas from the face of the Earth I would, but I can't. And so we must be honest with ourselves as to what has led us here. I pray for the children and innocents...
