After a few delays, I finally get my yearly eye check today.

Here's hoping the prescription doesn't change so much it warrants new glasses.

The odds are not in my favor.

@kmwarfield i have mine on Friday and I desperately need a better rx and new glasses....so I know I won't bypass getting new glasses this time. It is an expense I really don't need at the moment because of unexpected vet bills this month...but I need to see better.

@LauraLyon451 Yeah. We actually have pretty good vision insurance, but I also need anti-glare coating and blue light filtering.

And I'm in progressives.

Even with insurance, new glasses for me are a $250-$300 expense. I usually don't get them until I can really see a difference between the old and new rx.

@kmwarfield Yes it is exactly the same for me. I NEED a new RX though as my current one is definitely not working for me at the moment.

@LauraLyon451 I got lucky. Nothing changed this year.

I have the benefit. I could get a new pair. But I'd rather keep the cash for something else.
